Operational Policies
These policies apply to all consulting services provided by All Destinations Consulting and are designed to set clear expectations before purchase.
Refund Policy (Conditional)
- Clients may request a refund in writing within 7 calendar days of payment.
- Refund requests are reviewed based on work completed and deliverables already provided.
- Fees for completed consultation sessions, delivered feedback, or document work are non-refundable.
- If no substantive service work has started, a partial or full refund may be approved.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
- Session rescheduling is available when requested at least 24 hours before a scheduled meeting.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session may be counted as delivered service time.
- Package services can be canceled before work starts, subject to the refund conditions above.
- After package work begins, cancellation is evaluated based on completed milestones.
Service Delivery Policy
- All services are delivered remotely via online meetings, email, and messaging.
- Service kickoff typically begins within 3 business days after scope agreement and payment confirmation.
- Delivery timelines depend on package type and client responsiveness for required documents.
- There is no physical shipping because the business provides digital consulting services only.
Legal and Eligibility Restrictions
- Consulting services are provided only where local law permits advisory support.
- Services do not constitute legal representation where licensing is required.
- Clients are responsible for providing truthful and complete information in applications and documents.
